Larian Studios
Larian Studios is an independent Belgian developer and publisher of role-playing games, known for the Divinity series and Baldur's Gate 3.
Larian was founded in 1996 and has worked on role-playing games for most of its existence. The studio writes, builds and publishes its own titles, which means design, writing, art and publishing decisions stay in the same house rather than being split between a developer and an external label.
Development runs across studios in several countries, and the Warsaw team works on the same productions as the others rather than on separate projects. The games are large, systems-heavy RPGs with branching stories, so most roles here involve content that has to hold up under players doing the unexpected.
