Sports Interactive

Sports Interactive was founded in 1994 by the brothers Paul and Oliver Collyer and has belonged to SEGA since 2006. Close to 300 people work at the studio, which sits in the Here East complex in Hackney, London, under studio director Miles Jacobson.

The studio makes sports management games. Football Manager is its main series and has been released yearly across PC, console and mobile; Eastside Hockey Manager is the second brand. The games live on dense data and deep simulation, so match engine programming, user interface work and data research are permanent disciplines here rather than project-bound roles.
